SINOx^® honeycomb SCR catalyst and plate SCR catalyst are pre-installed in element frames or modules for durability and easy handling. The and lightweight construction facilitates installation of our SCR catalysts, especially for installations that are challenging because of system configuration, remote location or confined space. The SCR catalyst elements are installed in the SCR system housing and are sealed together to eliminate bypassing and maximize NOx reduction.

For very large installations, the SINOx^® honeycomb SCR catalyst elements and SCR plate catalyst elements are assembled into modules and this modular technology allows quick and efficient installation of the large SCR catalyst volumes. The pre-assembled construction means that no additional sealing or engineering is necessary. The catalyst modules can be custom-designed to meet specific requirements for new or existing SCR system housings. Johnson Matthey experts can also supply the lifting traverses required for installation.
